Creamy Orzo Rosa Marina Pasta Salad

1 cup Rosa Marina pasta
1 can of fruit cocktail, drained
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1 cup whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Pure Ground black pepper
Optional: 1/4 cup maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Rosa Marina pasta in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
Combine the whipped topping, mayonnaise, white sugar, lemon juice, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Combine the cooked and cooled pasta, drained fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and fresh pineapple in a large mixing bowl. Gently toss to mix.
